Name: Trevor Lee
Birthplace: Cameron, NC
Aerial: Lee has surprisingly good agility. I wouldn’t classify him as a high flyer per se, but he has excellent leaping ability. In fact, he exercise that ability to perform his signature stomp, which is quite devastating. However, he does not go to the top rope very often.
Appearance: I can’t say I’m a big fan of his look. He’s yet another wrestler with long hair and a beard. On top of that, he has an unimposing frame with limited muscle definition. He does bring a slightly grungier look to it than most, but it’s still pretty ordinary.
Charisma: I think his greatest attribute is his work on the microphone, on which he is absolutely fantastic. Trevor usually works the crowd before a match and he does an excellent job of putting himself over as the heel.
Power: Lee definitely has that “country strong” element going for him. Despite his soft appearance, he displays astonishing power. Since he doesn’t project as someone who frequents the weight room, I can only assume his natural strength comes from everyday life in the Carolinas.
Technical: Even though he’s been known to call himself the ‘Technical Savage’, Lee’s work in the ring leaves me unimpressed. I tend to believe he can do more, and is deliberately holding back. Regardless, I can only go on what I’ve seen.
Overview: Trevor Lee appears to be very dedicated to his character, which is great. While in in-ring work is somewhat unimpressive, I believe that is done to intentionally illicit a reaction for the fans. I’d like to see him change up his looks, but I believe he is on the path to success. Rumors are that the WWE already have significant interest in him, so he maybe be headed to the graduate class very soon.
Projection: Lower Mid Card
WWE Comparison: Bobby Roode
